Terms of Service
These terms cover your use of Afar Labs. By creating an account or sending us an order, you agree to them. If anything here is unclear, email [email protected].
Who we are
Afar Labs is the business name of Trenton O'Neill LLC, a New York limited liability company. "We" and "us" mean Afar Labs. "You" means the person or business with the Afar Labs account.
What we do
We forward packages for Poshmark sellers. You order an item on Amazon and have it shipped to our facility. When it arrives, we match it to your order by the Poshmark Order #, take one photo of the item, remove the Amazon packaging, repackage it, attach your Poshmark shipping label and ship it with USPS.
We ship the next business day after a package arrives with its label on file. Packages that arrive on a Saturday ship on Monday.
Your account
- Give us your real name and an email address you check. We send order problems to that email.
- Keep your password private. You're responsible for what happens in your account.
- Each account gets a client ID, shown in the portal.
Sending us an order
- On Amazon, enter your Poshmark Order # in the Full name field of the shipping address, use our facility address exactly as shown in the portal, and leave Address line 2 blank.
- After you place the Amazon order, submit it in the portal so we can match the package when it arrives.
- Forward your Poshmark shipping label emails to [email protected], or send us the label directly.
- We match packages by the Poshmark Order # only. If it's missing or wrong on the package, we may not be able to match it.
Credits and prices
- Orders are paid with prepaid credits. 1 credit covers 1 order. A credit costs $1.99.
- You can buy any number of credits from 1 to 500 at a time, by card. We don't charge card fees.
- One credit is used when you submit an order. You can't submit an order without a credit available.
- Credits never expire. A credit always covers one order, whatever you paid for it.
- If an order is cancelled, its credit is returned to your balance. We review refunds and may take back a refunded credit if we find the refund process is being abused.
- Unused credits can be refunded. See the Refund Policy.
The 14-day hold
Packages marked No Label or Issue are held for 14 days, counted from when we mark them. We remind you by email every 3 days while a package is on hold. If the 14 days run out before the package can ship or be returned, we donate the item to charity and refund the order's credit to your balance.
Packages that arrive without a label
If your package arrives before we have its Poshmark label, we tag it No Label and set it aside. It ships as soon as the label arrives. If no label arrives within the 14-day hold, we donate the item and refund the order's credit to your balance.
Damaged or wrong items
If an item arrives damaged, or isn't the item you ordered, we mark the order Issue and email you a note with what we found. You tell us whether to ship it to your buyer anyway or not.
If you decide not to ship it, you must send us a return label, paid for by you, within the 14-day hold. If we don't receive one in time, we donate the item and refund the order's credit to your balance.
Returns from your buyer
We don't accept buyer returns. All Poshmark returns must go back to you, not to our facility.
Lost or damaged packages
You are responsible for packages lost or damaged by USPS or Amazon.
Items we don't handle
Don't send us hazardous materials. If a package contains them, we mark the order Issue and contact you, and the 14-day hold applies.
Photos and labels
We take one photo of each item when it arrives, and you can see it in the portal. We keep item photos and Poshmark labels for 14 days after delivery, then delete them. See the Privacy Policy.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. If you keep using Afar Labs after a change, the new terms apply.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
